Rooms
All of the large bedrooms in the hotel are beautifully furnished with silk paneled walls with each room featuring individual designs in varying color schemes. Restaurant
The hotel has two main restaurants. Peridot is an informal and spacious restaurant overlooking the garden square serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. 1880 offers more formal dining and the famous 'grazing' menu made up of six, seven or eight courses developed by the celebrated chef Andrew Turner.
