Location
The hotel is situated in a large mature garden with breathtaking views of the island, the bay of Naples, the Sorrento peninsular and the Amalfi coast. The property is also a short walking distance to Axel Munthe's famous Villa San Michele.

Rooms
The 60 guestrooms, some with air conditioning, have terraces or balconies either with a sea view or a mountain view which is dominated by the famous Barbarossa Castle dating back a 1000 years.

Restaurant
From the spacious restaurant, there are wonderful panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples. This large area can seat guests for all types of functions with typical regional food and Capri specialities. At the poolside, there is a snack bar where you can enjoy typical local snacks and drinks.

General
The Hotel San Michele has the largest and sunniest swimming pool of the entire island. It is a peaceful setting where you can relax from sunrise to sunset. At 300 metres above sea level one can enjoy the sun terraces with exclusive views, where you are suspended between the sky and the sea.
